In his keynote address, Drajat Sulistyo, Commercial Director of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero), emphasized that MTI’s theme is perfectly aligned with Pelindo’s "Driving Growth" strategy. He noted that to deliver service excellence, every individual within the Pelindo Group must understand the "North Star"—the long-term primary objective that serves as a compass for the entire organization in decision-making, strategy formulation, and daily operations. Following his remarks, the Commercial Director officially opened the proceedings.
The session continued with a "fire briefing" from Joko Noerhudha, President Director of PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva (PSL), who expressed his appreciation for PT MTI’s performance achievements in 2025. He stated that the theme is highly relevant and must be rigorously implemented to build a robust foundation capable of delivering resilient performance and sustainable value, in line with the company’s 2026–2030 Long-Term Plan.
Adding to the commendations, Cucu Kuswoyo, President Commissioner of MTI, extended his gratitude to the management and workforce for their dedication and milestones reached in 2025. However, he reminded the assembly that the previous year’s results should serve as a reflection to further enhance performance throughout 2026.
In the same vein, Budi Azmi, Acting President Director of PT MTI, explained that the purpose of this meeting is to unify resolve and synchronize steps through comprehensive discussions regarding strategic plans and management work programs to ensure the achievement of the company’s 2026 targets.
The meeting was conducted in a hybrid format, allowing MTI employees across all regional work areas to participate. The agenda included presentations by the Board of Directors and Senior Management of PT MTI, as well as its subsidiary, PT PIL, followed by interactive discussion sessions. To bolster workforce capabilities, the event also featured Lean Six Sigma training for all participants.
The 2026 Work Meeting concluded with the official signing of management contracts and a formal declaration of the implementation of the Anti-Bribery Management System (ISO 37001:2016), followed by a group photo session with all attendees.
