PT Pelindo Solusi Logistik ("SPSL") as a Subholding of the Pelindo Port BUMN continues to explore the company's business potential by collaborating with PT Kawasan Berikat Nusantara ("KBN") in the context of plans to develop a Port Integrated Logistic Center in the KBN Marunda area.

This collaboration is very important as an effort to integrate the Port of Tanjung Priok and the KBN Bonded Zone in Marunda which is expected to increase efficiency and smooth the flow of goods in the port ecosystem in the Tanjung Priok area, North Jakarta.

"This collaboration is a form of BUMN Synergy between the region and the port, which is a follow-up to the plan to develop a Port Integrated Logistic Center on the KBN - Marunda land. This Port Integrated Logistic Center will then be connected directly to the New Priok Eastern Access (NPEA) and the Cilincing Cibitung Toll Road (JTCC). "This collaboration is expected to create synergy that focuses on business solutions and flexibility to meet customer needs, as well as synergize with stakeholders," said Joko Noerhudha in his speech.

It is hoped that this collaboration between SPSL and KBN will be a form of joint commitment to go further, so that it can have a positive impact not only for the Company, but also for the nation and state.

Pelindo's Director of Strategy, Prasetyo, also stated that the synergy between Pelindo as the port holding and Danareksa as the regional holding has taken place not only in Jakarta, but also in various regions in Indonesia. This collaboration is a very appropriate step and is expected to provide significant benefits for both parties.

"To reduce and streamline logistics costs in Indonesia, synergy is needed between the hinterland and the port itself. "Efficiency in logistics distribution in Indonesia is expected to result in lower logistics costs," said Prasetyo.

This is also supported by the statement by Agus Hendardi as Main Director of KBN who said that synchronization between Pelindo and bonded area managers is an important momentum in efforts to increase synergy and cooperation in the development and exploitation of the Block C.03 SBU land in the Marunda area as a supporting area for the Port.

"This synergy is a form of joint commitment in developing modern and efficient port infrastructure and operations, which will be the backbone in supporting national economic growth. "Through this collaboration, it is hoped that we can provide added value to the area and logistics that we manage together," he said.
